The CHUM Chart was originally a Top 50 list and was originally called "CHUM's Hit Parade" (the "CHUM Chart" name would not appear until the chart of August 21, 1961). The issues from May 27 to November 18, 1957 listed the artists for only the top 10 records - the artists for positions 11 to 50 were not mentioned. However, beginning with the November 25 chart, the artists were mentioned for all 50 records.
